The Core 4

Time

You need to know how much time you actually have to get ready. A 15-minute look is not the same as a 30-minute or an hour-long look. Your time determines how detailed or simple your routine can be.

Intensity

You need to decide how bold or natural you want your makeup to be. Your intensity level light, medium, or full glam  sets the tone for every product you use.

Placement

You need to understand where each product goes on your face. Proper placement makes the makeup flattering, balanced, and effortless instead of random or heavy.

Focus Feature

You need to know which feature you want to highlight. Whether it’s eyes, lips, or skin, choosing one focus keeps your look polished without feeling overwhelming.

The 5 Steps of Layer Logic

1. The Reveal (The Veil Test™)

Most people start with foundation. I start with a veil. A sheer, tone evening base not to cover, but to reveal. It tells me where the real shadows, discoloration, and structure live so I know what I’m actually working with.

2. The Blueprint (Structure + Placement)

I don’t jump to concealer. I jump to bone structure. I start sketching in the cheek shape not to contour yet, but to find the real lift points on your face. This tells me where your blush, bronzer, and even concealer will work with your shape, not against it.

3. The Correction Code (Under-Eye Decode + Coverage)

You cannot pick your highlight or concealer until you’ve corrected what’s underneath. This is where 99% of people go wrong. You brighten what’s still dark then wonder why it looks grey. I decode the under-eye first, so the coverage later actually works.

4. The Fusion (Texture + Color Logic)

Most people fight with their makeup. It’s patchy, sticky, or cakey. I don’t rely on formulas I rely on tools. What you blend with and when you blend determines the texture. Then, blush isn’t just about your skin tone it should echo or contrast with your eyes or lips depending on what you want to stand out. This is how you tie the whole face together instead of looking like you’re wearing five trends at once.

5. The Echo (The Face Map Repeats)

These same principles apply to every feature. Eyes and lips are built with structure and tone in mind—so everything reads intentional. You’ll never feel like your makeup “doesn’t match” again.
